I can offer a full range of architectural services to suit your needs, from feasibility studies and initial design advice to Planning, Listed Building Consent and Building Warrant applications, and onward to works on site through to completion including full building contract administration if required, as well as acting as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations 2015. For businesses and landlords I can produce licensing plans and applications for short-term let (STL) licences and Advertisement Consent.
